25% echinacea herb, cut red
Lime blossoms cut
15% cut ribwort plantain leaves
Cut taiga root
Rose hips cut without seeds
Marigold flowers cut without calyx
Elderflowers rubbed
3% ginger, peeled, chopped
2% cinnamon peeled, chopped
Preparation
Defense active
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the herbal tea mixture, let it steep for 10 minutes and strain. Best enjoyed warm. Contains vitamin C.
