Valerian root

Medicinal tea

Mode of use: Tea for drinking after preparing a tea infusion and for preparing baths.

 

Indications: Restlessness, nervous sleep disorders.

 

Contraindications: None known.

 

Interactions with other products: None known.

 

Mode of administration: Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows one to several times a day or take a full bath once a day.

 

Dosage instructions: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over a teaspoonful of valerian root (approx. 2.5 g) and strain through a tea strainer after about 10 to 15 minutes if necessary. For external use, 100 g of valerian root is used for a full bath.
 

Duration of use: Consultation with a doctor is recommended for acute symptoms that last longer than a week or recur periodically.

 

Side effects: None known.

 

 

Note: Store away from light and moisture! Keep medicine out of the reach of children! Do not use after the expiry date.
