Elderflowers

Medicinal tea

Method of use: Tea to drink after making a tea infusion.

 

Areas of application: colds.

Dosage instructions and method of use: Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 3 to 5 times a day as hot as possible: 2 teaspoons full (approx. 3 g) Elderflowers are mixed with boiling water (approx. 150 ml). Poured over and after about 10 to 15 minutes, if necessary, passed through a tea strainer.

 

Note: If symptoms last longer than 3 days, shortness of breath, fever or purulent or bloody sputum, a doctor should be consulted.

 

Contraindications: None known.

Side effects: None known.

Interactions with other products: None known.

Precautions for use and warnings: There are no sufficient studies on the use of elderflower during pregnancy and breastfeeding or in children under 12 years of age. Elderflower tea infusions should therefore not be drunk by this group of people.

Storage: Store protected from light and moisture! Store drug out of reach of children! Do not use after the expiry date.
