Application and preparation
Linseed

Application: To be taken orally, to be taken after preparing a mucus, for preparing poultices.

Effect: Laxative

Dosage: Unless otherwise prescribed, for constipation, 1 tablespoon full (approx. 10g) of uncrushed flaxseed with sufficient liquid is taken 2 to 3 times a day.

Hints: Make sure you drink enough fluids.
