Beer marinade with herbs

Ingredients for 400g meat:

200ml beer

200ml olive oil

1/2 tsp Klenk black pepper

1/2 tsp white Klenk pepper

1 tsp Klenk Herbs de Provence.


Mix all ingredients well. Place the meat in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Turn the meat in the marinade every now and then and let it sit in the fridge for about 5 hours.
