Lavender lemon ice cream

An aromatic refreshment from your own fridge


500 ml orange juice

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 teaspoon zest of an untreated lemon

1 tbsp acacia honey

8-10 lavender flowers


Reduce the orange juice by half in a saucepan, regularly skimming off the foam that rises. Then season the thickened juice with lemon juice, lemon zest and acacia honey. Fill the mixture with lavender flowers into ice cream molds and freeze.
