Low-calorie crispy pizza base

2 eggs

1 pinch of salt

150 g ground linseed

50 – 100 g Parmesan or 50 – 100 g low-fat quark or 2 – 3 tbsp. Coconut oil

Mix the ingredients and roll out thinly on baking paper. This works best if a piece of cling film is placed on top or, if you prefer to be more environmentally conscious, another piece of baking paper. Carefully peel off the top foil or paper. Before topping, pre-bake the dough in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 8 minutes. Spread this firm dough with tomato sauce as desired (season pureed tomatoes with Klenk oregano, Klenk basil, a pinch of salt and a little garlic) and sprinkle with cheese. Add other desired ingredients on top and then bake for approx. 15 - 20 minutes at 180 - 200 degrees, depending on the desired degree of browning.
