Low carb crackers

2 tablespoons whole flaxseed

2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

1-2 teaspoons sesame seeds

1 egg (size M-L)

Pinch of salt and pepper

Add spices, herbs, mushrooms or ham cubes as desired

Mix the flaxseeds with the egg in a bowl and spread thinly on baking paper, preheat the oven to 180 degrees bottom heat or 160 degrees fan oven, then bake for 15 - 20 minutes (depending on your desired crunchy preference) then cut into bite-sized pieces with a pizza roll.
