Mint lemon ice cream

A refreshing Klenk recipe idea for hot summer days



Ingredients:

250 ml water

1 bunch of fresh peppermint

Juice of two lemons

4 tbsp acacia honey


Preparation:

Add the fresh mint to boiled water and stir in the honey. Let it steep for 20 minutes. Then remove the mint, add the lemon juice and pour everything into ice cream molds. Garnish with individual peppermint leaves and lemon slices and freeze.
