Paprika Dip


1 teaspoon of Klenk paprika powder, delicate

200g cream cheese

2 peppers

1 clove of garlic

Salt pepper

fresh parsley


First, the peppers have to be washed, deseeded and cut into small pieces before spreading them on a tray and grilling them in the oven at the highest level, top and bottom heat.

As soon as the skin turns black and bubbles appear, the pepper is ready and can be removed from the oven.

After the peppers have cooled and the skin has been removed, all the ingredients are placed in a bowl and pureed. Finally, salt and pepper are added to the cream. The delicious pepper dip is ready!
