Hemp is one of the oldest and most diverse crops in the world. Whether as paper, material or food – the individual components of the plant are used to produce a wide variety of products.
“For us, edible hemp finds its way into healthy cuisine. The new product range consists of hemp seeds, hemp flour and protein flour. The line impresses with high-quality ingredients for a complete diet. The superfoods give almost all foods, baked goods and pasta a special touch,” says Louisa Baumeister, who is responsible for the product range.
The products help to cover your protein needs through plants. Also ideal for vegans or vegetarians who are looking for a substitute for animal protein. Athletes also appreciate the high protein content because it can help maintain and build muscles and bones.
“We, as a natural supplier, attach great importance to quality, as with all of our products. We only use hemp from organic farmers in Austria and Germany. This saves us long transport routes and protects the environment,” adds managing director Stefan Oehler.
The new product range includes seven organic hemp products:
Hemp protein powder 50% organic PZN 16890438 (500 g) / PZN 16890378 (1 kg)
The hemp protein powder 50% from controlled organic cultivation is rich in valuable protein (50%). It naturally contains a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids and fiber. The micro-finely ground powder is ideal for shakes, as a muesli ingredient and for baking. For athletes, this protein powder is ideal for building muscle.
Hemp flour organic PZN 16890390 (500 g) / PZN 16890384 (1 kg)
Organic hemp flour also contains a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids, fiber and proteins (30%). It gives dishes a pleasant nutty taste and is ideal for baking and cooking.
Hemp seeds organic peeled PZN 16890409 (250 g) / PZN 16890415 (500 g)
The peeled hemp seeds naturally have a high content of essential omega-3 fatty acids. They are ideal as a snack between meals. The hemp seeds can also be added to muesli or salads as a decoration.
Hemp seeds organic peeled and roasted PZN 16890421 (250 g)
These organic hemp seeds are gently peeled and roasted at low temperatures so that the valuable ingredients are not lost. The nutty aroma ensures a special taste experience in almost every dish.
