Spelled hemp rolls



Ingredients:

100g Klenk hemp flour

100g Klenk peeled hemp seeds

500g spelled flour

4g yeast

1 tsp Klenk caraway

250g quark

2 tsp salt

3 tbsp oil


Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

First mix hemp flour, hemp seeds, spelled flour and yeast in a bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients: quark, caraway, salt and oil and mix with 150ml water to form a dough.

It is best to keep the dough cold overnight.


You can then form approx. 12 equally sized rolls and lightly cut them on the top with a knife.

Finally, the rolls are baked for about 20 minutes - done!
