Thyme and lemon marinade

1 teaspoon ground Klenk thyme

1 tsp Klenk pepper, ground white

1 tsp sea salt

1 teaspoon klenk curry

125 ml olive oil

Juice of 2 lemons

finely grated zest of 1 lemon

Agave syrup or honey


Mix all ingredients and let sit in a sealable container for at least 24 hours.



Meat marinades should generally be left to marinate for a few hours. How long meat should sit in the marinade depends on the type of meat, the marinade itself and the desired intensity of taste.

Simply trying it out helps.
