Tomato and oregano pesto


  • 250g dried tomatoes

  • 50g Klenk oregano

  • 250ml olive oil

  • 4 tsp tomato paste

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • Salt pepper


First peel and finely chop the garlic and then puree it with the tomatoes, oregano, tomato paste and olive oil until a paste is formed. Then add a pinch of salt and pepper. Finally, the pesto is filled into jars and covered with olive oil.
