Pansy herb

Medicinal tea 

Type of application: For compresses after preparing an infusion.

 

Application areas: Mild seborrheic skin diseases/cradle cap in children.

Not for internal use.

Instruction of dosage and kind of usage: Unless otherwise prescribed, compresses are prepared 3 times a day with an infusion. The infusion is prepared as follows: 1 heaped teaspoon full (approx. 1.5 g) of pansy herb is poured with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and after about 10 to 15 minutes, if necessary, passed through a tea strainer. 

A notice: In the case of persistent, recurring or large-scale, weeping or purulent infected skin diseases, consultation with a doctor is necessary.

Contraindications: Not known.

Side effects: Not known.

Interactions with other agents: Not known.

 

Precautions for use and warnings: There are no sufficient studies on the use of pansy herb during pregnancy and breastfeeding or in children under 12 years of age. Preparations made from pansy herb should therefore not be used by this group of people.

A notice: Store protected from light and moisture! Store drug out of reach of children! Do not use after the expiry date.
