Eligibility
All people who have their permanent residence in the Federal Republic of Germany and are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Excluded from this are employees of Heinrich Klenk GmbH & Co. KG and all people involved in the competition, in particular those who are involved in the conception and implementation of the competition. One-time participation is only permitted to online registered Facebook and Instagram users. Commercial companies that participate on behalf of third parties are excluded.
Competition period
Participants who comment on the post from January 9th, 2023 to January 12th, 2023 via his/her private Facebook or Instagram profile on the wall of the Klenk Facebook or Instagram page and like the Facebook or Instagram page, take part in the raffle and agree to the terms and conditions of participation and data protection information.
The deadline for participation is February 12, 2023, at 11:00 p.m.
Klenk assumes no responsibility for late or incomplete entries.
Profit
A Klenk LOVE box will be raffled twice among all participants, each containing a Klenk lunch box and heart-shaped dough cutters. The box also contains a pack of vanilla sugar. The winners will be determined randomly. Cash payout or exchange of winnings is not possible.
Profit processing
Each winner will be notified of their win by Klenk via the comment function under their own comment. If the winner(s) do not respond to this comment from Klenk, the winner(s) agree that Klenk will notify them of the win via private message. There are no costs for the recipient in sending the prizes.
General Provisions
Legal recourse is excluded. The competition is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The data collected will only be collected, processed and stored to carry out the competition and for evaluation by the organizer. Klenk GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Heinrich Klenk GmbH & Co. KG will make use of this right in particular if the further implementation of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons. In this case, any claims for reimbursement of expenses incurred as well as claims for damages are excluded. We reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule and date of the competition. All information provided by the organizer, in particular the announcement of the winners, etc. is provided without guarantee. Questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be directed to Heinrich Klenk GmbH & Co. KG and not to Facebook or Instagram. Participants are aware of the terms of use of Facebook and Instagram. The competition is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram and is in no way connected to Facebook or Instagram. The participant provides all information to the organizer and not to Facebook or Instagram. In connection with the competition, participants cannot assert any claims against Facebook or Instagram.
Heinrich Klenk GmbH & Co. KG assumes no liability for the occurrence of technical problems. Participation via competition agents will result in exclusion. The use of automated processes of any kind is prohibited and will automatically lead to exclusion from the raffle. Your IP address will be stored for the duration of the competition.
