30% Rosehip peel
10 % Zimt, Ceylon
30% Apple pieces
30% Hibiscus flowers
Preparation
Christmas tea
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the fruit tea mixture, let it steep for 10 minutes and strain.
Contains vitamin C.
